Shipping & Returns:

• Return Policy Standard Returns- Standard returns include products that are in new condition that your not satisfied with. These products can be returned with no restocking fee (customer pays shipping round trip. This includes shipping to your location even if your product pricing included shipping costs. Example: Free Shipping). If an item has already been shipped or refused your return will fall into the standard returns category and you will be charged roundtrip shipping. *Custom manufactured items that are canceled during production will be charge a 30% restocking fee and no shipping charges. If you would like us to issue a call tag you will be charged for this service and the shipping costs associated. Products must be in original packaging to be returned. A crew can repackage the item for an additional fee. Refunds will be issued by the same method as original payment to PureModern within 30 days.

Return Authorizations- All returns REQUIRE a return authorization number (RA). If a product is returned without authorization, an automatic 20% restock fee will be applied to the full retail price of the item.

Damaged Items- If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours so that we can help you resolve this issue by repairing, replacing or issuing a credit. Do not accept any packaging that looks damaged and inspect items before you accept them. You must have authorization from us to send back a damaged item. If it is not reported you will be charged the cost of shipping the product back. If you refuse any of these services and would like to return the item you will be charge a 15% restocking fee plus round trip shipping. This includes items that are labeled as free shipping. Refunds will be issued best way seen fit by PureModern within 30 days.

Cancellations - If you need to cancel an order for any reason, add to an order or update your order please contact our customer service department at support(at)modernstores.com. Give us your order number and we will be happy to make any order adjustments. A full refund can be offered within 24 hours of purchase. Custom orders and furniture may be subject to a 30% restocking fee if the product is already in production or has already shipped. If a product has been shipped, the customer is responsible for round trip shipping fees for all cancellations, regardless if the product was under a "free shipping" promotion.

Shipping Times:

PureModern ships from multiple warehouses in Colorado, Florida, and Illinois. Additionally, some orders are shipped direct from the artist or manufacturer. Most products ship within a few days of being ordered, many within 24 hours. Over the coming months, we will be specifying on each and every product an estimated ship time. The longest lead times are for furniture items, some up to 6 weeks. Please contact us for precise shipping times while we work to specify times on each individual piece.

Delivery dates are estimated by each carrier and are NOT guaranteed unless shipped with a guaranteed method via UPS, FedEx or DHL (i.e. Overnight, 2 Day, SonicAir). Freight deliveries cannot be delivered with a guaranteed delivery date. The freight companies work with the customer to schedule times/dates as available.

Tracking:

You can track your order by logging into your customer account (Top of page). Updated tracking is emailed for every package and will be recorded in the customer center.

Privacy:

Our privacy policy is simple. We share no information with any other company. All information given to our company stays with our company. We're privacy fanatics and it shows in our policies.

Material Samples:

We have material samples of most products. We're currently working on a program to temporarily issue fabric and material samples. We expect this process to be in place by March 2008.
